jlmmmph Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the jlmmmph platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of jlmmmph, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the platform.

These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026, and supersede all prior versions. jlmmmph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jlmmmph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and use jlmmmph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine gaming regulations. jlmmmph strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your specific location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, on jlmmmph or any other gaming platform operating under Philippine gaming regulations.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on jlmmmph. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

To access the full features of jlmmmph, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. jlmmmph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

• You must notify jlmmmph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You may not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers.
• All account activity conducted through your credentials is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility.

jlmmmph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

jlmmmph also reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on jlmmmph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals:

• GCash (instant deposit; withdrawal typically processed within 15 minutes)
• PayMaya / Maya (instant deposit; withdrawal processed within standard processing times)
• Philippine bank transfer — BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit card (where supported by your issuing bank)

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section of your account. jlmmmph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jlmmmph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the jlmmmph account holder.

jlmmmph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network disruptions outside of jlmmmph's control.

jlmmmph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the conditions of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• jlmmmph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

jlmmmph takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotions — including through multi-accounting, collusion with other players, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will have their bonus cancelled, any associated winnings forfeited, and their account suspended. jlmmmph's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

All games available on jlmmmph — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and specialty games — operate under individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

jlmmmph's Random Number Generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real studio environments and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by jlmmmph or any third party.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round may be declared void and any wager refunded. jlmmmph's decision in such matters is final.
• jlmmmph reserves the right to void any bet or game result that is the product of a software error, data corruption, or any other technical fault.

Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. jlmmmph is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's end.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jlmmmph and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud jlmmmph or other players, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Money Laundering: Using jlmmmph for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. jlmmmph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on jlmmmph, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting jlmmmph's support team to resolve the dispute.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jlmmmph staff or other players through any communication channel.

jlmmmph reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including suspension, termination, and legal proceedings, at its sole discretion.

jlmmmph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in line with PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine gaming regulations. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and have implemented a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jlmmmph players:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jlmmmph platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from jlmmmph without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jlmmmph content.
• Use jlmmmph's trademarks or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in the operation of jlmmmph.

Any unauthorized use of jlmmmph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jlmmmph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmmmph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jlmmmph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the jlmmmph platform.
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation in games on jlmmmph.

jlmmmph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlmmmph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jlmmmph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

jlmmmph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering an account on jlmmmph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jlmmmph is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the improvement of our services. jlmmmph does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by jlmmmph, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.

jlmmmph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jlmmmph reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, jlmmmph may forfeit any bonus balances and, in cases of fraud or money laundering, may also withhold real-money balances pending investigation and in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jlmmmph's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification procedures.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and jlmmmph, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. jlmmmph is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jlmmmph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
